Q:How to change watch strap for Panerai?
A: Changing a Panerai strap is simple and only requires a spring bar tool. Just insert the tool between the strap and the lug to compress the spring bar, then gently remove the strap from the watch. Attach your new strap by compressing the spring bar again and sliding it into place until it clicks securely.
Use the quick-release spring bar tool to press down on position B.
At the same time, push the side lever A all the way in.
Perform both steps simultaneously, then pull out the lug connecting pin by hand.
